Primolut N Tablet Uses, Benefits, Combinations, Side-Effects and FAQ. Tablet is a synthetic form of progestin and has a similar action to the female hormone, progesterone. It is used as contraceptive. Also used to treat irregular, painful or heavy periods, menstrual disorders caused due to hormonal imbalances. It is also used for birth control to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

It works as hormone replacement therapy by replacing the amount of oestrogen in the uterus. It leads to bring on menstruation by replacing the natural progesterone that some women are missing.

Cyclosporine A
Estrogens conjugated
Griseofulvin
Insulin
Phenytoin
Rifampin
Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication
Do not use if patient have history of cancer of the breast or genitals. Or blood clots, seizures, migraine, asthma, depression and diabetes.
Use of this medicine is known to cause mild to moderate amounts of fluid retention in the body
Use of this medicine is known to cause a varying amount of depression in different individuals
Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
Acute renal failure
Bronchial asthma
Epilepsy
Herpes gestations
Hypersensitivity
Liver carcinoma
Skin diseases
