Sapna Vyas is an ordinary girl whose weight was 86 kgs. By profession, she is the fitness trainer and did MBA from Nirma University. Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate in lifestyle brand management from Indian Management-Academy (IMA), Ahmedabad. As well, she is a Reebok Certified Fitness Professional.

Because when she was just 19 years old someone called her a mother of a 3-year child. This makes her so embarrassed and then she decided to lose weight at any cost.

Here are the different ways to lose weight according to her. Do not go for crash diet. Crash diets deprive your body of natural nutrients like vitamins and minerals for glowing skin, and it also causes the breakdown of fat and muscle. The most common causes of skin damage include crash dieting for rapid weight loss. You should lose no more than 1 kg a week, also focus on slow weight loss over time instead of a quick fix approach.

Change your eating habits and eat a variety of healthy foods that are high in proteins, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants in order to improve the overall health of your skin.

Eat daily fresh fruits, vegetables, fibrous food and protein-rich food. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day to keep your skin hydrated. Waterworks like a cleaner for our body, so drink water as much as possible in a whole day.

Choose the best time for you to exercise according to your personal goals, timetable, and lifestyle.  If you eat before a workout, give your body some time to digest and absorb the food. Moreover, it is important to drink water before, during, and after exercise to keep you hydrated.

In 2012, when she finally reached her goal weight, she made a video of her weight loss journey and within two weeks got over a lakh hits. Then she realized that many people found her struggle to lose weight inspiring. She also started an FB page where she shared her story, diet plan and other tips to look wow. She has more than 97000 followers on FB.

She will launch a self-help website to motivate, help and support others. The website will be free. She also holds inspirational seminars to motivate more people to achieve their goals.” Well, she is a certified Reebok trainer so you can take her weight loss tips seriously.
