Baby becomes 8-12 inch length wise and weighs around 450 grams in the 5^th month of the pregnancy. Baby completely enclosed and protected in the amniotic fluid.

Changes in body during pregnancy 5^th month symptoms

Size of the uterus increases up to the maximum size. Due to increase in the weight it causes stretch in the ligaments of the muscles. Stretching and itching of skin also increases so it is better to use oil on the skin to avoid above problems.

Stomach pain, back pain and swelling in legs are common symptoms during 5^th month of pregnancy.

Mother will feel more hunger as compare to previous month. Because of that some women will face problems like indigestion, acidity and heart burn.

Hairs becomes healthier and growth of nails increases tremendously.

Tips for 5^th month pregnancy

May be you will more hungry but avoid overeating. Do not think that you are eating for two person. Over weight creates problem during pregnancy. Try to avoid junk and sweet food.

For back pain and muscle cramps take calcium and magnesium supplement with consultation to the doctor.

5^th month ultrasound can reveal the sex of the baby. But it is illegal and punishable act in India country.
